Refund Policy
Overview of This Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Stratevora Prime ("Stratevora Prime," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles deposits, retainers, payments, cancellations, and refund requests in connection with our consulting services.
Because Stratevora Prime provides professional strategy consulting, advisory support, planning, and custom business deliverables, our services are time-based, knowledge-based, and customized to each client engagement. For that reason, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
By engaging our services, submitting payment, or entering into a Statement of Work or Service Agreement with us, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all project deposits and initial booking payments made to Stratevora Prime are non-refundable. Deposits reserve strategic capacity, secure scheduling, and compensate for onboarding, analysis, research preparation, and project allocation performed prior to or at the start of an engagement.
Once a deposit has been received and an engagement slot has been reserved, that capacity is no longer available to other clients. Accordingly, deposits are retained even if a client later chooses not to proceed.
Project-Based Services
For fixed-fee or project-based consulting engagements, payments are earned as work is performed, time is allocated, and deliverables are developed. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation or dispute.
- If work has not yet begun beyond scheduling and administrative onboarding, Stratevora Prime may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or partial refund excluding the deposit amount.
- If strategic work, research, planning, workshop preparation, meetings, or deliverable creation has begun, fees for work performed are non-refundable.
- If milestone-based payments are used, each paid milestone is considered earned once the corresponding work phase has commenced.
- Completed deliverables, consultations, strategy sessions, diagnostic reviews, and advisory hours are non-refundable.
If a project is paused or terminated early, the client remains responsible for all work completed, hours used, and obligations incurred up to the effective date of termination.
Monthly Retainers and Advisory Services
Retainer-based and ongoing advisory services are typically billed in advance for each monthly or recurring service period. Because these engagements reserve recurring strategic capacity and access, such payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- Unused consulting time, advisory access, or meeting availability does not automatically roll over unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
- If a client chooses not to use the reserved support available during a billing period, that does not create a right to a refund.
- Cancellation of recurring advisory services must comply with the notice period stated in the applicable Service Agreement or Terms of Service.
Where a written agreement provides otherwise, the terms of that agreement will control for the specific engagement.
Client Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, strategy session, advisory call, or workshop, you should notify Stratevora Prime as early as possible. Our scheduling policies are designed to protect reserved time and project continuity.
- Sessions canceled with reasonable advance notice may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability.
- Late cancellations, missed meetings, or no-shows may be treated as completed sessions and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- Repeated rescheduling or prolonged delays caused by the client may result in forfeiture of reserved time or require a revised project timeline and fee structure.
Stratevora Prime reserves the right to determine whether a canceled booking qualifies for rescheduling, partial credit, or no adjustment based on the circumstances and scheduling impact.
Refund Requests and Review Process
If you believe there is a billing error or exceptional circumstance that justifies review of a payment, you may submit a written refund request to Stratevora Prime. Requests should include your name, business name, invoice or payment reference, the service involved, and a clear explanation of the issue.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, partial refund, or credit. In evaluating a request, we may consider factors such as work already completed, time reserved, materials prepared, communications exchanged, and whether deliverables or advisory access were already provided.
Any discretionary refund approved by Stratevora Prime will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible, less any non-refundable amounts, processing fees, or earned service value where applicable.
No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued solely because a client is dissatisfied with business results, implementation outcomes, revenue impact, growth speed, or decision consequences following the delivery of consulting services.
Stratevora Prime provides strategic insight, planning, analysis, and advisory support based on professional expertise and the information provided by the client. However, actual business outcomes depend on many variables outside our control, including execution quality, market conditions, team performance, timing, budget, and leadership decisions.
As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee specific commercial or operational results, and lack of a desired result does not in itself create a basis for refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card provider. We are often able to review concerns and provide clarification, supporting records, or an appropriate resolution directly.
Initiating a chargeback for validly provided services, reserved consulting time, or custom strategic work may be treated as a breach of our payment terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide documentation showing the services rendered, communications exchanged, and agreement terms accepted by the client.
Credits and Discretionary Adjustments
In some situations, Stratevora Prime may choose, at its sole discretion, to offer a service credit, project transfer, rescheduling accommodation, or other reasonable adjustment instead of a monetary refund. Any such accommodation does not waive our rights under this Refund Policy and does not establish a future obligation to provide the same accommodation in other cases.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, internal practices, legal requirements, or billing structure. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase or engagement will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
